Groups of 10–40 guests at the restaurant

To ensure clarity and mutual agreement for your event, a deposit of DKK 7,500 must be paid. If cancelled in due time, the deposit will be refunded.

Until 14 days before the event: Cancellation in writing is possible without cost.

If cancelled later: The deposit will NOT be refunded.

Until 1 week before the event: Up to 10% of the confirmed guest count can be cancelled without cost.

If cancelled later or no-show on the day: The full amount will be invoiced according to the agreement.

Allergies/vegetarians/vegans: Must be notified no later than 3 days before the event.

Administration fee: If you require an invoice, an administration fee of DKK 300 will be added.

Fee for payment with international credit cards: An extra fee will apply.

Groups of 10–40 persons

When booking a table you have to pay a deposit of 1000 euro. If you cancel your reservation due to our policy, we will refund you.

Up to 2 weeks before: You can cancel without any loss of deposit.

Up to 1 week before: You can cancel up to 10% of the guests without any cost.

If you do not show up or cancel the same day: We will send you an invoice for the total amount agreed.

Allergies and dietary restrictions: Must be announced at least 3 days prior to the arrival.

Administration fee: If you need an invoice, we have an administration fee of 300 DKK.

Payment by international credit cards: An extra fee will be added.

Groups of 40–100 guests at the restaurant

To ensure clarity and mutual agreement for your event, a deposit of DKK 15,000 must be paid upon booking.

Until 3 months before the event: Cancellation in writing is possible without cost, and the deposit will be refunded.

If cancelled later: The deposit will NOT be refunded.

Until 14 days before the event: Up to 10% of the booked guest count can be cancelled without cost.

If cancelled later or no-show on the day: The full amount will be invoiced according to the agreement.

Administration fee: If you require an invoice, an administration fee of DKK 300 will be added.
